Stellata Magnolia

This tree is flowering beautifully at the moment. When we planted it about forty years ago we were told that it would only grow to about two meters high. It is at least nine meters tall now and still growing

  1. We have a few Magnolia trees here. They keep their leaves all year, no flowers so far this season. I think they are a miniature variety. The flowers seem to attract a specific beetle that's always there when the buds open.
